SHOW THE WORLD YOUR POWER!
Children and young people from around the world are creating school gyms, exercising, supporting, and inspiring each other. Join the global movement for strength and health.

The decline of children and youth power
Imagine a world where children have less and less strength, weaker hearts, worse lungs, weaker nervous systems—and no one stops it.
Let's imagine that this degradation happens not over months, not over years, but over decades.
Let us imagine that this problem is documented by WHO reports, studies from the USA, Germany, Japan, France, Canada, Poland – and yet no one acts.
When everyone is silent, parents cannot remain silent.
"Mom, Dad... why does my body get tired so quickly? Why does everyone say I'm healthy when I have no strength? I play football and go to PE. But I feel weak. And no one asks me if I can handle it."
It's the voice of a child. Thousands of children. A voice adults don't hear. Because they don't look. Because they haven't been taught to see the power of the body as a biological and social foundation. And yet, the world of children is weakening. Slowly, systematically, silently.
This document is not a report. It is a wake-up call. It is a manifesto of conscience for every adult who doesn't yet know—or already knows but remains silent.

Why strength training should be the foundation of physical education in school
Why in the 21st century do children still not learn to systematically build physical strength in school?
Why does strength training – one of the best scientifically documented preventive health tools – still remain on the margins of physical education?
Isn't it time to boldly ask the question:
Why is strength training not yet the foundation of physical education in school – if it should be?
In this document we do more than just answer this question.
We prove that this is exactly how it has to be – if we want health, strength, resilience and a better future for the young generation.
Public health of children and adolescents – a foundation that is crumbling and how to rebuild it
The public health of children and adolescents is in a critical state, even though most have not yet entered the treatment system. This article demonstrates that this crisis begins not in the hospital, but in the school classroom, on the playground, and at home – with a decline in exercise, strength, and resilience. We demonstrate that school gyms are one of the most effective tools any country can implement to prevent a health catastrophe for future generations. We analyze data from the WHO, MAHA, and GBD, compare international systems, and present a ready-made systemic solution based on education, prevention, and exercise.
